Richard Zahn served in the United States military, then in the 24th Psyops Airborne CO. Special Operations Command. Still set on learning new ways to serve his country, he completed many specialized programs and earned himself a number of high commendations throughout his time serving in law enforcement.
After he left the military in 1997, Richard started his career as CEO for a respected construction company over the next 15 years. During that time, he usually took up side projects and worked to increase his construction knowledge.
Richard also became a licensed FAA pilot and attended Delta Comair Aviation Academy. Afterwards, he attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned a business degree. Utilizing the knowledge he gained in University, Richard started investing in a limited number of new property development companies.
While Mr. Zahn is serious about his professional career, he puts even more importance on his hobbies. He says that a well-rounded professional career may assist a person in achieving success, but it is a healthy set of hobbies that helps a person to achieve self-actualization. As a caring husband, a father, and a grandfather, Richard is also always spending quality time with his family.
